HOW WE GIVE BACK

As a purpose-driven consultancy, it's important to us to give back to our community.  That's why 2.5% of our net revenue is donated annually to our affiliated foundation, Climate Impact Fund.  Since 2019, Climate Impact has funded local community climate literacy and sustainability initiatives.  We have supported The Riverwood Conservancy, The Peel Environmental Youth Alliance, and the Centre for Indigenous Environmental Resources to name a few. Last year, Climate Impact supported a study on hybrid air source heat pumps. Learn more about these systems here. In 2023, we're pleased to be supporting CAP/Homes to Zero in developing and piloting a virtual audit to help homeowners reduce their home emissions.

 

In 2022, Carol was delighted to serve as a mentor to the Women4Climate TO Programme.  Learn more here about how this program empowers women to develop and lead sustainable businesses and initiatives.

We are currently pleased to be participating in a U of T study to better understand the urban heat island effect and health outcomes for vulnerable populations in the GTA.  Learn more here.
